Do you remember that program where Peter Duncan used to have new challenges every week to complete? He was only of the old Blue Peter presenters I think (showing my age). Anyway, I’m looking for other hobbies / past times to try that people find therapeutic.
Open to suggestions so please leave in the comments below and I’ll give some of them a shot. So far had Yoga and Wood-turning suggested. A mate of mine scans pregnant sheep for a living so I thought I’d give that a try also although I’m not sure how much that will help towards resilience. Worth a try though.
